A "Tourist Home" before Airbnb was a "thing." The only such existing tourist home at 697 St. Anthony Avenue in St. Paul — the Rondo neighborhood.
Bill (Bojangles) Robinson and the Harlem Globe Trotters were just a few of the many that stayed here over the years.
